Bio

Marilena Balde is an Associate Director of Product Development at 3Pillar Global. Her main focus is engaging with Delivery Leads to help them grow and overcome challenges.

Since joining the 3Pillar family 3 years ago, she initiated and developed multiple programs that support the growth of Delivery Leaders, while building and strengthening the community within 3Pillar.

Marilena has proven that managing a team remotely can be done successfully, when she moved to The Netherlands, 2 years ago. 

She enjoys meeting and interacting with people, listening to their perspectives and learning from their challenges. With a special interest in psychology and a built up experience from over 13 years in IT, she is passionate about getting the best out of herself and out of  the people around her.
