Joined Molson Coors in 2020. Prior to working at MCBC, she worked for Johnson Controls and Schneider National and owned a boutique consultancy. Maribeth has held IT roles in Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management, Data/Analytics, Master Data Management/Governance, Data Strategy and Business Process Management. She has led design functions for ERP and Data Warehousing, Data Quality, Knowledge Management, SFDC Open Globe (to name a few).
She has a process improvement background as a Lean Practitioner and trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Maribeth is a certified SAFe Agilist.
