Joined Molson Coors (at the time, MillerCoors) as an employee in 2010 after consulting for IT for 2 years. Prior to joining MillerCoors, Sonia was an IT project management consultant for 3 years and healthcare software implementation manager for 6 years. Sonia has held IT roles in Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Business Relationship Management, serving a term as US CIO Chief of Staff for 2 years as well.
She has led global project teams, managed teams of project managers, business analysts, and organizational change management specialists. She has a Masters of Science in Industrial Relations where she emphasized on organizational strategy & culture. She also has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management and is a certified scrum master.
