Diana joined MCBC this year and is leading the RPA COE in Molson Coors Beverage Company. Guided by the principle ‘Knowledge is power’, Diana has studied or worked in 6 countries, building her experience in international business, project management and RPA. She has worked in multiple company setups from small companies to large, in a Big Four (consulting) and also in the European Commission. Having been exposed to positions both in business and in IT was very helpful to be able to see the full potential of RPA and set a vision for the COE. IT has been a passion since high school, and it has come full circle in 2017 when Diana shifted from project management to leading RPA teams.
